At delivery
Inspect your order. If anything is wrong, simply do not accept it — no charge applies.
After delivery
Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Non-returnable
Beauty, fragrance and intimate-wear items cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method or bank account.
