Data Deletion Instructions

Luxena Shop ("we", "us") respects your right to control your personal data. If you would like us to delete the personal information associated with your account or with your use of our app and services, please follow the instructions below.

What data we hold

Depending on how you use our services, we may hold: your name, email address, phone number, account credentials, order and customer records you have created, and any data obtained via Facebook Login (such as your name, email and profile ID).

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support@luxena.site from the email address associated with your account.
2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
3. Include in the body: your full name, the email/phone associated with your account, and (if applicable) the Facebook user ID or app you used to sign in.

What happens next

We will verify your identity and permanently delete your personal data, including any data received from Facebook, within 30 days of receiving your request. We will email you a confirmation once deletion is complete.

Some information may be retained where required by law (for example, financial transaction records) or in anonymized form for analytics. These records cannot be linked back to you.
